In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "km88a," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the km88a platform, its operators, licensees, and affiliated entities operating under PAGCOR authorisation.
• "Platform" means the km88a website accessible at km88a.app, including all games, features, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the km88a Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive made available to Players under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods, as distinct from Bonus Balance.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the obligations imposed on km88a under Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

By accessing the km88a Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the km88a Privacy Policy and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

To register and maintain an Account on km88a, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on km88a. The existence of multiple accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — constitutes a breach of these Terms. km88a reserves the right to close all but one of any duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or bonuses associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your km88a Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

km88a will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify km88a immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally. This includes all wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and personal details submitted.

km88a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect:

• Fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct;
• Breach of any applicable law or PAGCOR regulation;
• Use of software robots, automated betting systems, or any tool that confers an unfair advantage;
• Account sharing or use by a person other than the registered account holder;
• Any activity that km88a reasonably considers to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

km88a accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. km88a does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing: Before km88a processes your first withdrawal request, you must complete KYC verification by submitting at least one valid government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license — together with proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. km88a processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page, subject to KYC completion and AML compliance checks.

Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. km88a will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified account holder identity may be declined pending further verification.

km88a reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct enhanced due diligence where it has reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

km88a offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum cashout caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all km88a promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have met all eligibility requirements, including age verification (21+) and KYC where applicable.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• km88a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses that are already in active use by a Player.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to Account suspension.

All casino games available on the km88a Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and other products — operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

km88a uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RNG certification is maintained in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the same PAGCOR oversight standards as land-based casino operations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, km88a's decision on the outcome of the affected game round shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14 of these Terms. km88a shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures that are beyond our reasonable control.

km88a reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where there is evidence of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km88a Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any associated balance forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity as defined under Philippine law;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture;
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another Player's Account credentials;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other circumvention tool to mask your true location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing km88a staff, support agents, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the km88a Platform — including but not limited to the km88a brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of km88a or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the km88a Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the km88a brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from km88a;
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of km88a intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

km88a collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with the km88a Privacy Policy and the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

km88a will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required: (a) to process your transactions through our payment partners; (b) to comply with PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations; (c) to fulfil AML and KYC compliance requirements; or (d) as required by a valid order from a Philippine court or government authority.

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, or telecommunications disruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

km88a's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their km88a Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit km88a's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

km88a reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal procedures, or Player rights — km88a will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via registered email address or on-platform notification.

Non-material amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or changes required to comply with updated PAGCOR regulations, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of km88a, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. km88a aims to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it may be escalated to km88a's compliance team.

Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting km88a's internal dispute resolution process may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official regulatory complaint channels. The decisions of PAGCOR on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be binding on km88a.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
